RETURN / EXCHANGE
You can return new items that do not fit or you do not like to the following address:
Unfortunately, we cannot provide a return slip. Please enclose your name and order number with the package - this will enable us to process your return more quickly. A direct exchange is possible if you also enclose the note "exchange" and the desired model with the package.
CHANGE / CANCELLATION
Immediately after your order was placed, the shipping label was created in our warehouse and therefore subsequent changes to orders are unfortunately not possible - we are very sorry. Your package has already been processed by our warehouse and should arrive soon.
You are welcome to refuse and as soon as package arrives back to us we will send out a refund to you. At the same time you could reorder the model you want.
We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the cover.
Even though we would like products to always look like the first day, unfortunately this does not work. Our handmade cell phone bands experience natural signs of use and wear from use, and especially the cotton as a natural product changes. Please send us a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org.
